Young Chef Contest with the cheeses of LoST Eu

The LoST Eu project’s long promotional journey included a meeting with the younger generation. This was the twelfth edition of the “Chef in Piazza” cooking contest, organised by Piazza dei Mestieri and held from 9.00 a.m. on Friday 29 November 2024 at the organisation’s headquarters at 13 Via Jacopo Durandi in Turin. A fun contest between aspiring chefs who challenged each other in the preparation of special dishes, with exhilarating tests, using the techniques learnt during their training. Four teams challenged each other in various tests, including the Mystery Box, assigned in a draw before the contest began, containing cheeses belonging to the LoST Eu basket among the ingredients.
