Incoming and Weekend of Taste in Moena
On the occasion of the Puzzone di Moena PDO Festival, in Trentino, two important events of the LoST EU project took place:
- the first stage of Incoming of foreign operators from Sweden and Germany;
- the first Weekend of Taste dedicated to the discovery of all the LoST EU PDOs.
During the incoming event the guests were able to visit the dairies, watch the production processes of Puzzone di Moena PDO, discover the mountain pastures and appreciate the great care that the producers and the breeders reserve for their animals, and of course taste the product in its different ways facets, both in educational tastings at the factories and transformed and re-proposed in local cuisine dishes.
A In Soraga, on the other hand, the guests participated together with the public in the Cheese tasting on high altitude cheeses, with tastings of Puzzone di Moena PDO and the other protagonists of the LoST basket, from the Piedmontese Roccaverano, Murazzano and Ossolano PDO, to the Lombard Strachitunt PDO.
